Location: Must be based in Palo Alto, CA, San Francisco, CA, or Miami, FL (Hybrid role)

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Translate conceptual ideas into intuitive user experiences across web and mobile products.
• Own the full product lifecycle from research and concept exploration to interaction and visual design.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design strategy and product decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Help evolve and maintain the internal design system and product brand standards.
• Contribute to strategic business decisions as a key member of the design organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, CS, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience designing complex digital products with a focus on UI/UX.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work from concept to launch.
• Proven ability to own features through the full design lifecycle including research and QA.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools.
• Strong communication skills for presenting work to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech or PropTech sectors.
• Familiarity with using generative AI in design workhirify.globals.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms.
