TL;DR

Senior Enterprise Account Executive (US Sales): Driving net-new enterprise business and expanding footprint within Fortune 1000 accounts with an accent on complex consultative sales cycles, C-level engagement, and strategic account planning. Focus on navigating multi-stakeholder deals, accelerating adoption of AI-powered finance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales quotas.

Location: Remote. Must be based in the US. Open locations include San Francisco Bay Area, Dallas, TX, and Boston, MA.

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 base pay with variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Manage a strategic enterprise territory focused on Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Drive net-new enterprise logos and expand hirify.global’s footprint within large, complex accounts.
  • Develop deep account plans to penetrate multiple business units and buying centers.
  • Own the full sales process from strategic prospecting to contract execution.
  • Lead executive-level discovery and value conversations with CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and Procurement leaders.
  • Orchestrate internal resources (Sales Engineering, Product, Leadership) to support complex deals and co-sell with strategic partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition.
  • Proven success selling into Fortune 1000 or similarly large, complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals and consistently exceed quota.
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-level and senior finance executives.
  • Strong strategic account planning and territory management skills.
  • Excellent executive presence, communication, and consultative selling capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AP Automation, Spend Management, Expense, or Compliance solutions.
  • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba).
  • Background selling AI-driven or data-intensive enterprise platforms.
