What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including connectivity, session setup, and conformance testing.
• Monitor and resolve production issues to maintain a seamless trading experience for clients.
• Collaborate with developers and reliability engineers to identify system bottlenecks and deliver technical solutions.
• Partner with sales and product teams to translate client needs into actionable roadmap items.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate team-wide knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing trading environment.
• Strong technical expertise in trading systems, order entry protocols, and market data protocols.
• Deep understanding of the client onboarding lifecycle, specifically involving FIX protocol and network routing.
• Proven ability to perform data analysis using Python, SQL, or KDB+.
• Experience managing technical projects and providing production support.
• Flexibility to collaborate across time zones, including occasional off-hours work.
