Finance & Strategy Manager (Fintech): Driving financial stewardship and strategic business planning for core trading products with an accent on P&L management, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership. Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)
Salary: $106,000–$160,000 USD (based on compensation zone)

What you will do
- Synthesize and distill key financial business insights to identify risks, opportunities, and track performance against forecasts.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to communicate budget performance and drive actionable business initiatives.
- Develop annual financial plans and detailed forecasts for core trading and interest products.
- Prepare financial models and analyses to support business cases for growth and product builds.
- Improve and standardize financial processes to support the company's next wave of growth.
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and metrics tracking for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- 7+ years of finance experience, specifically in FP&A with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
- Familiarity with analytical tools like SQL, Looker, and financial reporting software like Anaplan.
- Strong project management skills and ability to influence business leaders.
- Professional proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
