Salary: $106,000–$160,000 USD (based on compensation zone)

What you will do

• Synthesize and distill key financial business insights to identify risks, opportunities, and track performance against forecasts.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to communicate budget performance and drive actionable business initiatives.
• Develop annual financial plans and detailed forecasts for core trading and interest products.
• Prepare financial models and analyses to support business cases for growth and product builds.
• Improve and standardize financial processes to support the company's next wave of growth.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and metrics tracking for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of finance experience, specifically in FP&A with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
• Familiarity with analytical tools like SQL, Looker, and financial reporting software like Anaplan.
• Strong project management skills and ability to influence business leaders.
• Professional proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
