Location: Must be based in the US (Remote)

Salary: $135,000–$170,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end deployment and configuration of the SaaS platform from kickoff to go-live.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical, operational, and executive client stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to C-level insurance executives.
  • Analyze large datasets to quantify platform impact on client KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the product team to track issue remediation and identify new enhancement opportunities.
  • Plan and lead comprehensive user training sessions for client teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, growth, consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales.
  • Strong analytical foundation and experience managing complex, data-driven client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end post-sale lifecycles in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required for the role.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the InsurTech or FinTech sectors.
  • Previous experience at a venture-backed startup during periods of hypergrowth.
