Salary: $170,000–$190,000 base (plus uncapped commission; OTE $340k–$380k).

What you will do
- Manage a set of high-value, tier 1 enterprise accounts and new prospect relationships.
- Identify and influence key executive stakeholders to build lasting business partnerships.
- Devise and execute creative strategies to generate new opportunities and secure large commercial agreements.
- Partner with Client Success teams to ensure product implementation delivers measurable commercial ROI.
- Evangelize the company’s AI solutions to position the organization as a market leader in insurance technology.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS Sales experience with a proven track record of closing large contracts.
- Must reside in the US and be capable of traveling up to 50% for in-person meetings.
- Experience in an early-stage, hyper-growth startup environment.
- Ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and build master-level industry expertise.
- Independent execution skills with a focus on exceeding revenue targets.
