• Translate complex product requirements into reliable business logic.
• Collaborate across teams to diagnose issues and ensure platform stability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of full-time engineering management experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with serverless technologies and cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and ship high-quality code.
• Must be based in Europe.

• Experience with LLMs or generative AI.
