What you will do

• Respond to technical support requests via telephone, email, and in-person channels.
• Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and support desktop PCs, hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Manage shipping and receiving functions for the Technology Department.
• Organize and maintain IT consumables at critical facilities.
• Identify technical problems and conduct research to implement solutions.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in New York, NY, Monday-Friday
• 2+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk environment.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 and MacOS.
• Experience in building computer workstations and general IT troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of mobile platforms (Android and iOS).
• Ability to lift 50lbs and maintain a flexible schedule for occasional nights/weekends.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
