Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York, NY, Monday-Friday
Salary: $75,000–$90,000 USD

What you will do
- Respond to technical support requests via telephone, email, and in-person channels.
- Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and support desktop PCs, hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Manage shipping and receiving functions for the Technology Department.
- Organize and maintain IT consumables at critical facilities.
- Identify technical problems and conduct research to implement solutions.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in New York, NY, Monday-Friday
- 2+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk environment.
- Proficiency with Windows 11 and MacOS.
- Experience in building computer workstations and general IT troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of mobile platforms (Android and iOS).
- Ability to lift 50lbs and maintain a flexible schedule for occasional nights/weekends.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
