Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

What you will do
- Provide hands-on IT helpdesk support and oversee day-to-day operations and monitoring.
- Maintain high availability of IT systems and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage workplace incidents, fulfill service requests, and own escalations from end-users.
- Develop and execute automation plans to reduce ticket volumes and optimize workflows.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends and improve standards.
- Coordinate facility management tasks, including access control and emergency team participation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT Support experience, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong expertise in M365, Windows, Azure, and EntraID.
- Proficiency with virtualization technologies such as Citrix and Hyper-V.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to bridge communication between IT and US business functions.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
