Salary: $103,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding for employees.
• Manage and triage the internal IT helpdesk via Slack and Jira to meet SLA targets.
• Administer identity and access management systems (Okta, G Suite).
• Manage the company laptop fleet using MDM solutions.
• Maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and self-service FAQs to reduce manual tasks.
• Identify ticket patterns to build automations that streamline IT processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an IT role within a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in a customer-centric support role.
• Strong understanding of networking, encryption, and access control fundamentals.
• Experience administering cloud-native access control systems like Okta or G Suite.
• Prior experience supporting both in-office and remote team members.
• Experience managing and configuring SaaS applications.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a vendor budget.
• Background working within security and compliance frameworks.
• Scripting and automation skills.
