- Troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
- Ensure Zoom rooms and IP phone systems are seamless for global teams.
- Manage the ticket lifecycle, ensuring issues are documented and resolved quickly.
- Maintain networking basics, VPN troubleshooting, and system imaging.
- Assist with audits, asset records, and InfoSec remediation for compliance.
Requirements
- A Bachelorβs in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent real-world experience) and 2β5 years in IT support.
- Due to compliance requirements, applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
- Fluent in Windows 11, macOS, Google Workspace, and Active Directory.
- Understanding of Wi-Fi (802.1x), VPNs, and remote connectivity tools like Zoom or Microsoft Remote Desktop.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and manage priorities effectively.
- Comfortable supporting a 24x7x365 service model and can collaborate across global time zones.
