What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze CRO and ASO experiments across web and app store listings using a structured experimentation framework.
• Build automated content workflows and pipelines using no-code/low-code tools such as n8n and Make.
• Automate structured content generation (JSON-LD, schema.org) and optimize for AI answer engines (AEO) and LLM consumption.
• Develop scalable content templates and translation automation pipelines for DE, EN, and ES markets.
• Manage the SEO and content stack, including Uniform CMS, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Leverage AI tooling (Claude, Langdock, Antigravity) to accelerate content operations and track performance via dashboards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content operations or growth marketing at a digital product company.
• Hands-on proficiency with automation platforms like n8n or Make.
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools, agents, and custom skills (e.g., Claude).
• Experience running structured experiments (A/B, multivariate) with statistical rigor.
• Understanding of ASO, CRO, and structured data formats (JSON-LD, schema.org).
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with AEO tooling like Peec.ai.
• Background in multi-market content setups or the fintech/tax industry.
