What you will do

  • Identify and engage prospective clients requiring nearshore software development or IT staffing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and procurement leaders.
  • Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to create compelling service proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, both virtually and in person.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the IT or software sector.
  • English: C1 proficiency in spoken and written communication.
  • Proactive and self-driven approach to business growth.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German, French, Dutch, or Spanish.
