What you will do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AI, computer vision, and robotics markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners and potential clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from initial outreach and proposal development to deal closure.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and networking events to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to align business development with engineering capabilities.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, or partner management in a B2B tech environment.
- Proficiency in Polish (B2+) and English (B2+) is required.
- Strong expertise in using CRM tools such as Pipedrive.
- Proven ability to take ownership of initiatives with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated interest or academic/professional background in software, AI, or robotics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for international client interactions.
