What you will do

• Meet or exceed revenue targets for sequencing instrumentation and consumables.
• Manage pipeline development through CRM systems and internal coordination.
• Deliver scientific workshops and seminars to diverse audiences including C-suite stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise and training to the sales team on product applications and market trends.
• Develop and execute customized territory plans in collaboration with district managers.
• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships within the clinical and research sectors.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Biological Sciences, Genetics, or Genomics required.
• Minimum 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in life science or genomics markets.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving territory growth.
• Strong public speaking and technical communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in China as no visa sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Technical expertise in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) applications.
• Knowledge of genomics bioinformatics tools and data analysis.
• Experience working in a matrixed sales environment.
