Location: Remote, based in APAC region

What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional distribution strategies to drive revenue and market penetration across APAC markets.
  • Build and manage C-level relationships with regional distributors and partners.
  • Design and optimize partner programs, incentives, and enablement initiatives to shorten sales cycles.
  • Monitor and own distributor performance metrics, including revenue targets, inventory levels, and sell-through ratios.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, product, and finance to align regional growth activities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and rebate agreements to ensure channel health and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in channel/distribution sales or partner management.
  • 6+ years of experience specifically within the APAC market.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through distributors and managing partner programs.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience with CRM and sales analytics.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the APAC region.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Fluency in additional APAC languages.
