Location: Remote (US). Must be located in the San Francisco Bay area and willing to travel 50% of the time.
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 (base salary)

What you will do
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities and expansion within existing accounts.
- Create a high-quality sales funnel through strategic account planning and proactive engagement.
- Close large, complex sequencing projects to drive meaningful, sustained consumables revenue.
- Drive new instrument placements by aligning platform capabilities to scientific and clinical needs.
- Manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving scientific leaders and executive decision-makers.
- Provide market and competitive insights to inform GTM and product strategy.
Requirements
- BS in Molecular Biology, Genetics or related discipline (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of sales experience in genomics and/or next-generation sequencing.
- Proven success selling capital equipment and large-scale consumables programs.
- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay area.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
- Expertise in WGS, single cell, oncology, and liquid biopsy workflows.
