What you will do
- Manage compensation and performance enablement processes, including feedback cycles and merit increases.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance and coaching to organizational leaders.
- Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
- Partner with the HR Director to resolve complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance.
- Benchmark jobs against market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges.
- Develop and present training documentation and guides for managers regarding HR processes.
Requirements
- Expertise with US employment laws and regulations required
- Demonstrated experience in performance management and compensation administration
- Prior experience in benefits and leave program management
- Experience in a US government contracting environment is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence organizational leaders
- Prior experience with Paylocity platform
