What you will do

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation across HR operations.
• Manage the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a best-in-class and compliant experience.
• Support administration of employee benefits programs and assist with employee questions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support regular audits.
• Respond to employee inquiries with a high level of care and responsiveness.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and improving how work gets done.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.).
• Comfort learning new tools and systems quickly (HRIS experience a plus, Workday preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
