What you will do

• Manage HR documentation including employment letters, confirmations, transfers, and records.
• Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS and internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure system access and documentation readiness.
• Track attendance, leave, and timesheet records to support payroll reporting.
• Administer employee benefits including insurance enrollment and claims coordination.
• Execute offboarding procedures, including asset recovery and final documentation clearance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
• Strong attention to detail with discipline in data and document management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organizational precision.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and spreadsheet-based workflows.
• Clear communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
