Deal Desk Analyst (Contractor): Supporting go-to-market teams by structuring, reviewing, and executing deals that drive predictable revenue growth with an accent on optimizing the quote-to-close process, ensuring accuracy, and compliance. Focus on collaborating with Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance to create a seamless deal experience.
Location: Located in the United States or Canada and able to work core hours aligned with Pacific Time (PST)

What you will do
- Review, structure, and approve deals to ensure alignment with pricing strategy, discount policies, and commercial terms.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to navigate non-standard deal requests and provide guidance on approvals.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure contract compliance and a smooth deal execution process.
- Maintain and improve the quote-to-cash process by identifying bottlenecks and recommending process improvements.
- Manage and track deal submissions in Salesforce and related tools, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Provide insights and feedback on deal trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations role (preferably in SaaS).
- Strong understanding of deal structures, pricing models, and contract management processes.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce required) and CPQ tools (DealHub).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities with precision.
- Located in the United States or Canada and able to work core hours aligned with Pacific Time (PST).
Nice to have
- Experience supporting global GTM teams is a plus.
