What you will do
- Design and oversee regional territory processes, account coverage models, and quarterly account reviews.
- Facilitate weekly and monthly forecasting cadences for Sales and Customer Success teams using Clari.
- Analyze revenue performance, pipeline generation, and sales cycle metrics to identify regional bottlenecks.
- Develop and roll out AI-powered intelligent solutions and automated workflows for operational improvements.
- Manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle for new hires and departures including quotas and commission plans.
- Lead regional quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and provide executive-ready insights on productivity.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in territory planning and complex forecasting for Sales and Customer Success.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and revenue intelligence tools like Clari.
- Strong experience applying Generative AI tools to solve operational revenue challenges.
- Exceptional ability to influence leadership and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
