What you will do

  • Design and oversee regional territory processes, account coverage models, and quarterly account reviews.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly forecasting cadences for Sales and Customer Success teams using Clari.
  • Analyze revenue performance, pipeline generation, and sales cycle metrics to identify regional bottlenecks.
  • Develop and roll out AI-powered intelligent solutions and automated workflows for operational improvements.
  • Manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle for new hires and departures including quotas and commission plans.
  • Lead regional quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and provide executive-ready insights on productivity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in territory planning and complex forecasting for Sales and Customer Success.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and revenue intelligence tools like Clari.
  • Strong experience applying Generative AI tools to solve operational revenue challenges.
  • Exceptional ability to influence leadership and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
