What you will do

• Partner with the GTM organization to structure profitable and compliant deals.
• Provide creative pricing guidance and strategic solutions to accelerate deal closures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Revenue Accounting teams.
• Identify process inefficiencies and coordinate training opportunities with Sales Enablement.
• Ensure adherence to organizational pricing and discounting policies.
• Support regional sales leaders with opportunity management and deal governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk or Sales Operations, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of SaaS pricing models, revenue recognition, and ARR.
• Proficiency in CPQ systems, Salesforce, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex deal structures.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and operate in high-pressure environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
