Focus on reducing booking errors, streamlining approval workflows, and enabling Sales teams to move quickly through the deal cycle.

What you will do

  • Perform pre-close deal validation checks on late-stage opportunities to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Verify CRM and CPQ data accuracy, including pricing, discounting, and contract terms.
  • Identify and flag deal risks or inconsistencies to prevent booking errors.
  • Act as first-line support for Sales regarding pricing thresholds, approval workflows, and deal structuring.
  • Troubleshoot system-related blockers within CRM/CPQ environments.
  • Document recurring issues and suggest process or system enhancements to improve deal velocity.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance Operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to execute structured processes.
  • Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • Understanding of SaaS deal structures, pricing models, or contract terms.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests in a fast-paced environment.
