Consultant (Certent Equity Management): Leading and executing end-to-end Certent Equity Management implementations for enterprise clients with an accent on admin reconciliation workstream. Focus on configuring and validating equity plan data, performing detailed reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies across various systems.

What you will do

• Lead and execute end-to-end Certent Equity Management implementations for enterprise clients.
• Configure and validate equity plan data including grants, vesting schedules, exercises, releases, cancellations, and expirations.
• Perform and oversee detailed reconciliations between Certent and payroll systems, HRIS platforms, broker/transfer agents, and general ledger.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in participant records, tax withholding data, share counts, and transaction histories.
• Partner with client equity administration and finance teams to define reconciliation processes and establish controls.
• Support data migration efforts including validation, cleansing, and post-migration reconciliation.

Requirements

• Experience with equity plan data configuration and validation.
• Experience with reconciliations between Certent and payroll systems, HRIS platforms, broker/transfer agents, and general ledger.
• Experience with data migration efforts including validation, cleansing, and post-migration reconciliation.
