Implementation Consultant (Golf)

TL;DR

Implementation Consultant (Golf): Overseeing the customer's onboarding process from start to finish, serving as the main point of contact and managing customer expectations. Focus on ensuring customer training, scheduling internal resources, and maintaining timely updates to achieve great customer satisfaction ratings.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

Salary: $55,000 TO 63,000 CAD

What you will do

• Conduct kick-off calls with customers to outline processes and manage customer expectations.
• Ensure customer training is completed throughout the onboarding process.
• Schedule internal resources to complete project-related tasks.
• Communicate with the customer on the status of the implementation and send reminders of upcoming training dates.
• Update customer records in CRM and other web-based tools to reflect project updates and timelines.
• Manage the amount of time for customers to move from sales close to the time they’re using the system.

Requirements

• Experience in the Golf Industry or Avid golfer.
• Experience managing customer expectations using phone and email communication.
• Experience resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and written. As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.

• Experience with the retail or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills in French both verbally and written.
