What you will do

• Lead customer sessions to identify, prioritize, and design outcome-driven use cases.
• Drive consultative conversations to define business issues and remediation possibilities.
• Translate business requirements into structured solution designs.
• Implement, configure, and operate hirify.global products.
• Analyze endpoint and operational data to generate actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, solution designs, and engagement activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of consulting or advisory experience in the technology industry, B2B, SaaS, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Strong ability to gather and translate business issues into structured technical solutions.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize data.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies in an unsupervised environment.
