What you will do

  • Review, draft, and negotiate a high volume of vendor and SaaS commercial agreements.
  • Provide strategic commercial legal advice to stakeholders in product, sales, and operations teams.
  • Develop and scale contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to support vendor onboarding.
  • Identify legal risks and opportunities while providing actionable guidance.
  • Stay current on relevant international laws affecting commercial contracts.

Requirements

  • Fluent English is required for all applications.
  • Rigorous legal training at a reputable law firm.
  • Extensive experience with vendor agreements and SaaS contracts.
  • Strong understanding of business objectives and practical, commercial legal advice.
  • Demonstrated capability in using AI and automation tools.
  • Ability to identify complex risks and propose creative solutions.
