TL;DR

What you will do
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of marketplace customers, from technical validation and onboarding to daily management and strategic planning.
- Contribute to strategic working groups by providing insight into opportunities to improve current offerings.
- Regularly test and review customer integrations to ensure operational excellence and performance against key KPIs and benchmarks.
- Serve as a consultant to strategic marketplace partners, providing solutions to address their business challenges and objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, integration protocols, and technical specs, updating documentation accordingly.
- Perform operational tasks, performance monitoring, escalated troubleshooting, and support customers in building on top of our APIs.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience working within Ad-Tech at an Ad Exchange, SSP, DSP, or related media and entertainment content owners in a Senior Technical role.
- Advanced knowledge of Open RTB specifications and requirements related to “deals,” DSP / Adserver methodologies across all channels/formats.
- Ability to understand Rest API documentations and use related API services.
- Expert knowledge of SQL, JSON, and experience querying complex datasets to view trends, identify anomalies, and diagnose root causes.
- Experience managing large projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in different global regions.
- Advanced presentation and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Management experience.
- Buy-side and campaign optimization knowledge.
- Familiarity with Kafka and other data streaming technologies.
- Familiarity with BI (Business Intelligence) tools like Looker and Redash.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a persuasive and success-driven personality.
