What you will do

• Own the calendar of 15+ webinars a month, planning targeted and compelling themes in partnership with Campaigns and Product Marketing.
• Develop a targeted multi-channel promotion plan to drive registrations and attendance.
• Manage technical directing within the Zoom platform, including managing the green room, audio/video checks, and slide transitions.
• Build and deploy sequences in Outreach for XDRs, including personalized talking points and offers based on attendee engagement.
• Use Tableau, SFDC, and Marketo to track and report on end-to-end campaign performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B Demand Generation or Digital Marketing.
• Experience with Zoom Webinars, Marketo, Stensul, Outreach, Asana, Tableau, and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Proficiency in AI tools for copy generation and in event engagement and program scaling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Must be based in the United States.
