Location: This is a remote-first role open to candidates anywhere in the world. Las Vegas-based team members work in-office Tuesday through Friday (Monday optional). If Vegas sounds fun, we offer relocation support for candidates interested in moving here.

Salary: $1500 - $2000 / Month USD Based on Experience

What you will do

• Build and manage a clear tasking framework so internal teams and external vendors know exactly what needs to get done, when, and at what priority.
• Own the execution of merch drops end-to-end, ensuring all products, assets, and operations are delivered on schedule.
• Partner closely with the Head of Merch to plan each stage of the pipeline, aligning resourcing, timelines, and vendor output.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure production, design, and fulfillment stay on track with no gaps or delays.
• Maintain strong, proactive communication across all stakeholders to keep projects moving and expectations aligned.
• Continuously improve processes and workflows to support scalable, repeatable drops across the e-commerce business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years as Project Manager in entertainment, gaming, or creative agencies.
• Proven experience in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• World-class communicator
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to operate in ambiguity and roll up your sleeves
• Experience with Notion, Asana or similar task management solutions

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Roblox platform
• Strong design/art background
