TL;DR
Talent Strategy Partner (HR): Designing and executing best-in-class talent practices to create a robust and diverse pipeline of leaders for critical leadership roles with an accent on assessing, identifying, and developing high-potential individuals. Focus on leveraging data and insights to ensure success in developing healthy leadership pipelines and fostering collaboration across various functions.
Location: Onsite in South San Francisco, California. Remote options and relocation benefits are not available.
Salary: $161,000 to $299,000 based on the primary location of California.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and execute best-in-class talent practices for specific parts of the business.
- Create a robust and diverse pipeline of leaders for critical leadership roles.
- Ensure consistency in how talent is assessed, identified, and developed.
- Leverage knowledge of Roche, talent expertise, and data insights to develop healthy leadership pipelines.
- Ensure tight collaboration between Executive Recruiting, P&OG, PI&T, IWS Partner, and Business Partners.
- Reinforce compliance in how the team works (tools and processes).
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant global experience in talent management, talent consulting, business partnering, or pipeline development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Work experience in the APAC region, experience working in China is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the pharma industry, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent skills in collaboration, communication, and fostering strong relationships.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
