Salary: $160,000–$190,000

What you will do
- Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure new hires quickly integrate into products, tools, and company culture.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and HR teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.
- Create diverse learning content, including workshops, videos, and written guides tailored to different learning styles.
- Maintain and optimize learning infrastructure, including LMS platforms, documentation systems, and assessment tools.
- Build and manage career growth frameworks that define skill requirements across various levels.
- Facilitate live training sessions and foster team learning communities.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Enablement roles.
- Strong fundamentals in instructional design and creating engaging learning experiences.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate complex concepts into accessible training.
- Demonstrated expertise in program management, communication, and cross-functional partnerships.
- Proficiency in managing modern learning tools like LMS platforms and documentation systems.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the San Francisco office.
