TL;DR

Senior L&D Manager: Building and scaling comprehensive learning programs to support a fast-growing, developer-centric organization with an accent on onboarding, skills development, and continuous education. Focus on designing effective training content, managing learning frameworks, and collaborating across technical and non-technical teams to drive professional growth and organizational excellence.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco (Hybrid: Mon, Tue, Fri in-office)

Salary: $160,000–$190,000

hirify.global provides cloud infrastructure and developer tools including Next.js, v0, and the AI SDK to help teams build, scale, and secure the modern web.

What you will do

  • Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure new hires quickly integrate into products, tools, and company culture.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and HR teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.
  • Create diverse learning content, including workshops, videos, and written guides tailored to different learning styles.
  • Maintain and optimize learning infrastructure, including LMS platforms, documentation systems, and assessment tools.
  • Build and manage career growth frameworks that define skill requirements across various levels.
  • Facilitate live training sessions and foster team learning communities.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Enablement roles.
  • Strong fundamentals in instructional design and creating engaging learning experiences.
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate complex concepts into accessible training.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program management, communication, and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Proficiency in managing modern learning tools like LMS platforms and documentation systems.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the San Francisco office.
