Compensation: $140,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Own strategy and operations for HR and Talent Acquisition across the studio and portfolio companies.
• Build trust-based partnerships with executives and founders to solve people challenges and shape culture.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes to ensure new hire success.
• Gather employee feedback to evolve the employee experience, engagement, and retention.
• Design and implement scalable programs that support organizational growth with a focus on execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communication, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-moving, startup, or venture-backed environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and find areas of need autonomously.
• Adaptability to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities in ambiguous settings.
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with diverse personalities across the organization.
• Commitment to meaningful, impact-driven outcomes rather than task completion.

Nice to have

• HR certification such as SHRM or PHR.
• Strong project management skills.
