What you will do

• Provide hands-on support to a globally dispersed employee group.
• Offer guidance on performance management, talent assessments, and compensation benchmarking.
• Lead and guide a small team of regional People Partners.
• Foster the development, growth, and success of the company and its employees.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years in HR roles, with responsibilities in performance management, career development, talent assessment, and HR operations.
• Experience in compensation benchmarking and analytics.
• Confident and deliberate communicator with the ability to defend perspectives to peers and leaders.
• Expert relationship builder with a customer service mindset.
• Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring teammates and navigating change.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% (US and international) for in-person strategy meetings.
