What you will do
- Provide hands-on support to a globally dispersed employee group.
- Offer guidance on performance management, talent assessments, and compensation benchmarking.
- Lead and guide a small team of regional People Partners.
- Foster the development, growth, and success of the company and its employees.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years in HR roles, with responsibilities in performance management, career development, talent assessment, and HR operations.
- Experience in compensation benchmarking and analytics.
- Confident and deliberate communicator with the ability to defend perspectives to peers and leaders.
- Expert relationship builder with a customer service mindset.
- Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring teammates and navigating change.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% (US and international) for in-person strategy meetings.

- Successful completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
