TL;DR
Regional Vice President of Sales (SaaS): Identifying, establishing, and nurturing business sales relationships with property management companies. Focus on converting leads into clients, negotiating prices and terms, and maintaining customer relationships.
Location: Remote within Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Illinois for Exempt roles.
Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 a year, plus commission.

What you will do
- Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and emphasize product features.
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors.
- Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow-ups.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.).
- A bachelor's degree.
- A genuine passion for sales, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to close deals.
- An understanding of how to cultivate client relationships.
- Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
- The ability to work independently.

- Experience in the multifamily housing industry.
- Experience selling CRM software.
- Knowledge of property management software.
- Existing relationships within the property management industry.
