What you will do

  • Lead and project-manage the full RFP lifecycle from intake through submission.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs (Sales, Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, Finance).
  • Draft, edit, and refine responses for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Own, maintain, and evolve the RFP knowledge base / content library.
  • Ensure compliance with technical, security, pricing, and contractual requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement through metrics, reporting, and process enhancement.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in RFP/proposal management, sales operations, or solution engineering.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with proposal tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO, Arphie).
