TL;DR

Senior Consultant (Business Intelligence): Functioning as a client advisor and developer of visual analytics and information design, connecting customer’s data and creating actionable visualizations and libraries for end users. Focus on solving real-world data challenges and helping clients unlock value from their data.

Location: Washington, DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. May require dedicated onsite presence as customer requirement.

Salary: $116,840.00 - $148,343.00 USD per year.

• See projects from discovery through deployment, building well-rounded experience and a sense of ownership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally.
• Work with diverse data environments and complex projects, developing and advancing skills in ETL, cloud architecture, scripting, and dashboard design.
• Work closely with clients to solve real-world data challenges.
• Help clients unlock value from their data.

Requirements

• Understanding of SQL, Data Modeling, Data Visualization Practices, and/or modern Business Intelligence Platforms.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Obtained the Qlik Sense Data Architect Certification.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly with exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Aptitude, interest, and self-motivation to continually learn new tools and techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with federal government contractors or federal agencies.
• Experience with QlikView or Qlik Sense.
• Some experience with relational databases and data modeling.
• Some experience of BI tools and/or enterprise-type (ERP, CRM) applications.
• Comfortable working in Agile development environments.
