What you will do

• Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated scorecards.
• Streamline manual reporting processes using Power Automate.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into reporting requirements.
• Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools to improve forecasting and data insights.
• Maintain reporting governance, version control, and data security protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or Information Systems.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Power Automate.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and measurement frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-ready reporting.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA and attend onsite office requirements.

• MBA degree.
• Experience with AI-driven analytics.
• Professional certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
