What you will do

• Own and execute key workstreams on the roadmap impacting broader company goals.
• Design and revamp internal and external dashboards to translate complex billing data into clear narratives.
• Audit, migrate, and optimize the data visualization layer to ensure scalability.
• Conduct bespoke analyses including ROI modeling, collections lift analysis, and trend-spotting.
• Develop a deep understanding of database architecture to troubleshoot and optimize performance metrics.
• Lead analytical projects from ideation to delivery while managing stakeholders independently.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• 5+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Business Intelligence, Strategic Analytics, or Consulting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for navigating complex databases.
• Expertise in building sophisticated dashboards in tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Understanding of data modeling or dbt/data pipeline engineering.
• Strong understanding of patient billing metrics and EHR systems like Epic or Cerner.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a client-facing healthcare consulting role.
• Experience applying statistical rigor to A/B testing and financial forecasting.
