What you will do
- Own and execute key workstreams on the roadmap impacting broader company goals.
- Design and revamp internal and external dashboards to translate complex billing data into clear narratives.
- Audit, migrate, and optimize the data visualization layer to ensure scalability.
- Conduct bespoke analyses including ROI modeling, collections lift analysis, and trend-spotting.
- Develop a deep understanding of database architecture to troubleshoot and optimize performance metrics.
- Lead analytical projects from ideation to delivery while managing stakeholders independently.
Requirements
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- 5+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Business Intelligence, Strategic Analytics, or Consulting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for navigating complex databases.
- Expertise in building sophisticated dashboards in tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Understanding of data modeling or dbt/data pipeline engineering.
- Strong understanding of patient billing metrics and EHR systems like Epic or Cerner.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a client-facing healthcare consulting role.
- Experience applying statistical rigor to A/B testing and financial forecasting.
