What you will do
- Drive end-to-end outcomes for major initiatives related to people data, from strategy to optimization.
- Develop and enhance the data foundation by building AI-first dashboards, conversational agents, and automated solutions.
- Act as a thought partner to decision-makers, translating workforce intelligence into actionable insights.
- Design and execute complex analyses to predict trends and prescribe actions related to hiring, retention, or employee engagement.
- Convert recurring analysis requests into self-service tools.
- Support users to effectively interpret and act on workforce insights through toolkits, training, and resources.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in a field related to workforce research and analytics (e.g., I/O Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Behavior).
- 10+ years of professional experience leading large-scale research and analytics projects with/for People/HR functions.
- Advanced skills in BI tools (e.g., AI/BI, Tableau, PowerBI), analytics and modeling, and a strong grasp of SQL.
- Ability to identify data gaps in operational processes and systems designs and propose solutions.
- Excellent communicator, with an ability to synthesize complex information into clear, insightful takeaways and action-oriented recommendations.
- Ready to collaborate closely with colleagues and network across functional areas to foster ' cultural values.
