Location: This role is required to be in office 5 days per week in our Lehi HQ.

What you will do

• Own and execute the sales strategy for the Home Services industry using AI agents.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales organization, including leaders and individual contributors.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform broader strategy.
• Attract and retain top sales talent.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth goals.
• Develop, track, and manage sales forecasts, goals, and key performance metrics.

Requirements

• SaaS sales experience required.
• Strong background in SMB outbound sales.
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including experience “leading leaders.”
• A proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams and organizations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Home Services vertical is a plus.
