What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access-related issues for end users.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
- Administer Windows and Android endpoints via Microsoft Intune.
- Handle user onboarding, MFA assistance, and account management.
- Maintain IT asset records and update documentation in the knowledge base.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT help desk or ticket handling.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Proficiency in basic networking, including IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Zendesk.
- Must be able to work on-site in West Columbia and travel occasionally.
