TL;DR

IT Operations & Services Specialist: Providing frontline technical support and infrastructure maintenance with an accent on incident resolution, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365 administration. Focus on troubleshooting complex hardware/software issues, managing identity services, and maintaining operational standards in a production environment.

Location: On-site in West Columbia

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access-related issues for end users.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
  • Administer Windows and Android endpoints via Microsoft Intune.
  • Handle user onboarding, MFA assistance, and account management.
  • Maintain IT asset records and update documentation in the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT help desk or ticket handling.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in basic networking, including IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Zendesk.
  • Must be able to work on-site in West Columbia and travel occasionally.
