It Support Specialist: Providing Tier 1/2/3 support for a global team, ensuring the system remains invisible, secure, and seamless with an accent on troubleshooting complex macOS/Windows issues, network drops, and SaaS integrations. What you will do

  • Provide Tier 1/2/3 support for our global team, resolving complex macOS/Windows issues, network drops, and SaaS integrations.
  • Build and maintain the "glue" between our tools using AI agents, API scripts (Python/Bash), and Okta Workflows to automate onboarding, offboarding, and access requests.
  • Lead the technical execution for SOC2 compliance, implementing controls in our tech stack (e.g. Okta, Jamf Pro, Crowdstrike, etc.), performing access reviews, and ensuring our Cisco Meraki network is hardened and audit-ready.
  • Own the daily health of our core tools: Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, Zoom, and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence).
  • Proactively improve our AI-driven solutions (like LLM-powered support bots) to enable self-service for employees.
  • Maintain and optimize local office networking (Meraki) and high-stakes conference room AV to ensure a frictionless "it just works" experience for the team.

Requirements

  • A "Bias for Action" Engineer who sees a bottleneck and builds a solution.
  • 6+ Years of IT Excellence in modern, cloud-first startup environments.
  • Experience as a system administrator with Okta, Jamf Pro, Crowdstrike, Cisco Meraki, and Google Workspace.
  • Proficient in Python or Bash and connecting apps via APIs to create seamless workflows.
  • Customer-Centric attitude with a willingness to help teammates solve technical hurdles.
  • Clear Communicator who can translate "Technical Debt" into "Business Risk" for leadership and provide empathetic, clear instructions to non-technical users.
