Enterprise Support Engineer

TL;DR

Enterprise Support Engineer: Providing technical support for hirify.global's largest global accounts, focusing on the intersection of RMM software and complex network infrastructure with an accent on network troubleshooting and security. Focus on diagnosing network issues, optimizing firewall rules, and ensuring secure communication between hirify.global agents and the cloud controller.

Location: Hybrid Remote, Austin, Texas (in-office 2-3 days per week)

What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve complex networking issues affecting RMM connectivity.
• Consult with enterprise IT teams to optimize firewall rules and proxy configurations.
• Support customers operating within highly regulated or segmented VLAN environments.
• Perform deep packet inspection to identify latency sources or handshake failures.
• Analyze system logs and monitoring data to identify systemic issues across large endpoint fleets.
• Develop scripts that automate network diagnostic tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing or supporting enterprise-grade networking.
• 5+ years in Enterprise Technical Support or Systems Administration.
• Deep knowledge of Radius, NPS, and identity-driven network access control (NAC).
• Expert proficiency in network diagnostic suites and RMM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• CCNP (Enterprise), JNCIS-ENT, Network+, or equivalent enterprise networking experience required.
• This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CWNA (Certified Wireless Network Administrator) or specialized Security certifications (CCNP Security/CISSP) strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with IDP, SMTP, MDM, ITSM.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications or internal platforms.
