TL;DR
IT Support Specialist (System Engineering): Providing hands-on, in-person technical support for the Atlanta office with an accent on endpoint management, A/V equipment maintenance, and identity access workflows. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA for consistent on-site office support.
Salary: $105,000 - $120,000

What you will do
- Triage and resolve incoming IT support tickets with a focus on high-quality employee experience.
- Manage on-site office IT infrastructure, including A/V systems in conference rooms and basic network equipment.
- Execute employee lifecycle tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
- Handle hardware procurement, imaging, deployment, and repair cycles.
- Maintain technical documentation and create standard operating procedures.
- Partner with Security, HR, and Engineering teams on cross-functional projects and incident responses.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
- Strong working knowledge of macOS and Windows in a corporate environment.
- Experience supporting modern SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Atlassian.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, network, and identity layers systematically.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage on-site office responsibilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with device management tooling (MDM) or endpoint security.
- Background in managing identity and access workflows (Okta or Entra ID).
- Direct experience supporting Zoom Rooms or similar A/V setups.
- Scripting or automation skills for streamlining repetitive IT tasks.
- History of supporting executive stakeholders.
