TL;DR

IT Team Lead: Leading and growing the internal IT function, responsible for internal IT end-to-end across operations and systems with an accent on employee productivity, hardware and software management, and access coordination. hirify.global is looking for a hands-on IT Team Lead to own and grow their internal IT function.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and grow the IT team, setting priorities and maintaining high service quality.
• Own core IT processes, including onboarding/offboarding, end-user support, and hardware/software provisioning.
• Manage the corporate device and software lifecycle, including inventory planning and SaaS usage optimization.
• Partner with HR, Security, Workplace, and Finance on employee lifecycle workflows and audit-readiness.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in workflows, tooling, and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT operations or a broad internal IT function, including team leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on background in end-user support, endpoint management, and IT operations.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management, SaaS administration, and asset management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Security, Finance, and Procurement.

Nice to have

• Experience leading IT in a fast-growing startup or product company.
• Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, or similar) and Google Workspace administration.
• Experience supporting audit or compliance readiness in operational IT domains.
• Scripting or automation skills (Bash, Python, or low-code workflow tools).
• Experience designing team processes, role distribution, or rotational support models.
