What you will do
- Develop and drive business growth across higher education and SLED sector accounts.
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial prospecting through to contract closure and post-sales expansion.
- Collaborate with a network of Channel Partners to effectively sell infrastructure solutions.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships within colleges and universities.
- Deliver proposals and presentations that demonstrate how technical solutions meet specific business and funding objectives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales or account management experience, specifically within the SLED or Public Sector vertical.
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and managing large strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of storage architectures including NFS and Object Storage.
- Experience developing sales regions from the ground up with limited resources.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively at both business and technical levels.
