What you will do

  • Develop and manage business relationships across large-scale higher education and public sector accounts.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to execute sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Guide customers through complex sales cycles, from initial meeting to proposal and contract closure.
  • Demonstrate technical solutions to align with customer business objectives and funding processes.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle including account expansion and post-sale success strategies.
  • Prospect and penetrate large accounts to engage with key decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales or account management experience in SLED or Public Sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing strategic accounts.
  • Experience developing sales regions from the ground up with limited resources.
  • Strong understanding of storage architectures including NFS and Object Storage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at both business and technical levels.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
