TL;DR

Principal, Total Rewards (Fintech): Supporting the development and implementation of global reward philosophy and strategy with an accent on job architecture, compensation frameworks, and market alignment. Focus on leveraging AI and automation to streamline reward workflows, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership, and scaling global compensation systems.

Location: Hybrid (must be able to work 2 days a week in Berlin, Germany)

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a global reward philosophy and strategy to attract and retain top talent.
  • Own and evolve global job architecture, leveling frameworks, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Lead data-driven reward insights and translate complex datasets into actionable executive narratives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on high-impact compensation and talent decisions.
  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline reward workflows, data modeling, and communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Analytics, HRIS, and regional partners to build scalable compensation systems.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or related fields.
  • Deep expertise in job architecture, leveling frameworks, and global benchmarking tools (e.g., WTW, Mercer).
  • Strong analytical capability, including building models, scenarios, and structured insights.
  • Proven ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with People Analytics, HRIS, and Finance.
  • Demonstrated interest in advancing AI-driven solutions within Total Rewards.
